Levypyörä works in partnership with machine manufacturer. Our production programme includes different kinds of cold formed steel manufactured components and wheels for big working machines.

Wheels

Levypyora wheels are designed for specialist heavy-duty application on forestry and earthmoving machinery. In addition there are wheels for a variety of agricultural use. We have developed a range of wheels based on customer requirements and offer a fast responsive service to all our customers. The manufacturing is based on small series with customers´specific requirements and quick and flexible deliveries.

Steel Manufactured Components

Customer´s idea developed to a finished component Levypyörä Oy works in partnership with machine manufacturers and takes part in the customer´s product developing process. The production efficiency and flexible working are based on self designed and manufactured tools

3. generation starts at Levypyörä

MSc Janne Lemettinen, 29, has started 1.3.-12 as Quality & Development Manager of the company. Janne has graduated 2008 from Industrial Engineering and Management program at Tampere University of Technology. He has previously worked at international corporation in sourcing assignments.

Managing Director Pertti Lemettinen is Janne’s father and the founder of the company Lauri Lemettinen is his grandfather.

Tüv Nord has granted approval the 26th of April, 2011 to Levypyörä Oy for the design, manufacturing and the sales of steel rims.
