Rim profiling
Rims are profiled on two modern lines. Sizes produced are from 22,5 "up to 54", widths from 8" to 28". Material thicknesses vary from 5 to 7 mm according to the applications. |  | |
DiscsDiscs are drilled mainly by pressing and material thicknesses are from 10 to 20 mm. Special drillings can be produced in small series efficiently with a modern milling centre. Different hardnesses of materials are used depending on the application of the wheel. |  | |
WeldingWelding of the wheels is done by robots which allows very flexible manufacturing in small series and different offsets. |  | |
Powder painting Wheels are treated by Bonderite NT1 and painted with shock-resisting and environmentally friendly powder paint. The painting line offers very flexible way to change colour and to carry out the painting even for few pieces with required colour. |  |
